Este vorba despre un grup inter-insitu\u021bional (ANPM, ANANP, MM, GNM, Administra\u021bia Preziden\u021bial\u0103, CN2000) unde se au loc dezbateri \u0219i propuneri de acte normative \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bite \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te \u00eentreg sistemul de guvernan\u021b\u0103 al ariilor protejate din Rom\u00e2nia. Coali\u021bia Natura 2000 este prezent\u0103 \u00een calitate de reprezentant al grupurilor de exper\u021bi din partea societ\u0103\u021bii civile. \u00cent\u00e2lnirile vor conduce la realizarea unui prim draft (versiune imbunat\u0103\u021bit\u0103 a OUg 57), urm\u00e2nd ca dup\u0103 finalizarea draftului, Coali\u021bia s\u0103 demareze ac\u021biuni participative pentru implicarea mai multor actori din partea societ\u0103\u021bii civile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Natura 2000 Coalition is now part of the technical workgroup organized by the Ministry of Environment, with the main purpose of improving the legal context regarding protected areas in Romania. We will be part in a trans-institutional work group, representing the expert network from the civil society, and together with other public institutions we will debate the actual legal framework and we will propose improved versions of the current law. Finally, a draft of the improved law (OUG 57\/2007) will be published and we (Natura 2000 Coalition) will organize participative events in order to listen and include opinions from a wider range of actors within the civil society. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
